Certain products in the Ingram Micro catalog will have special requirements to complete the fulfillment of orders.

Order Parameters

Some products require specific parameters, unique to the specific vendor and/or product, to be included during the order placement. The parameters are passed as a property of the products array when creating a new order.

Remember that parameters are case-sensitive.

Product Overview

As of now, a few products have been identified to have special order parameters or business rules. As Ingram Micro is constantly adding new products, this list may be extended in the future. In all cases, please contact your Sales Representative to learn more about the business rules for the products you wish to sell.

Avepoint

Avepoint has the following parameters:

CorporateEmailAddress	A valid email address.	J.smith@example.org
PartnerEmailAddress	A valid email address.	G.smith@example.org

Dropbox

Dropbox has the following parameters:

Parameter Name	Description	Example Value
admin_email	The email address to be used for creating the Dropbox team administrator.	J.smith@example.org

HelloSign

Parameter Name	Description	Example Value
admin_email	The email address to be used for creating the HelloSign team administrator.	J.smith@example.org

Microsoft Azure CSP (legacy)

Azure CSP has the following parameters:

Parameter Name	Description	Example Value
domain_prefix	This parameter will be deprecated soon. Use the domain_name instead. The subdomain to be used for Azure Tenant. Do not include ‘.onmicrosoft.com’ in the value.	customer1000057
domain_name	The full domain to be used for the Azure Tenant.	customer1000057.onmicrosoft.com

Microsoft Azure CSP New Commerce Experience

Azure CSP has the following parameters:

microsoft_domain	The domain to be used for Azure Tenant. This must include ‘.onmicrosoft.com’ in the value.	customer1000057.onmicrosoft.com

Microsoft Office 365 CSP (non-NZ marketplace)

For all marketplaces other than NZ, Office 365 has the following parameters:

Parameter Name	Description	Example Value
domain	The domain to be used for Office 365 Tenant. Important! When placing the order, do not include ‘.onmicrosoft.com’ in this value. But you must include it when validating parameters.	Order placement: J.smith@example.org Parameter validation: customer1000057.onmicrosoft.com
msAccountId	This parameter is required when you are placing an order for an existing tenant: a customer who has already purchased Microsoft services through a 3rd-party provider.	917cd03a-c81a-43ac-91ad-a3c1c3f57bcd

Microsoft Office 365 CSP (NZ marketplace only)

For the NZ marketplace, Office 365 has the following parameters:
